Position Summary:
We are seeking an HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on recruitment to manage the full-cycle hiring process and support general HR activities. This role will serve as a key partner in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent while also assisting with HR administration and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and candidate communication.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Assist with HR generalist duties.
- Support compliance efforts with employment laws and internal policies.
- Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and special initiatives.
- Provide HR support and guidance as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting and general HR roles, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS -ADP.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and judgment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices .
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently .
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
